Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated intern identify potential applications for a medtech device focused on cavity lavage and assessing their market viability. You will identify these by in-depth desk research and conducting interviews with physicians to uncover unmet needs in medical treatments.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth desk research to gauge market trends, technological advancements, and potential applications in medical settings.
- Engage with healthcare professionals to glean insights into unmet needs and clinical challenges.
- Analyze potential applications of our MedTech device, assessing market size, economic impact, and reimbursement pathways.
- Work closely with our teams to translate research findings into actionable strategies for technology development.
- Summarize research outcomes and present strategic recommendations to both management and technical teams.
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a program related to Biomedical Engineering/Sciences, Technical Medicine, Health Sciences/Economics, or equivalent.
- Excellent analytical and research skills with a strong interest in the healthcare market dynamics.
- Superior communication skills and the ability to conduct professional interviews with medical experts.
- Organized, self-driven, and capable of handling complex information.
